The Human Resources and Expenditures Unit shall secure the corporation's needs of qualified human resources and follow up on all their related matters in terms of recruitment, appointment, training and medical care file, in addition to supervising the file of instructions that regulate the work of the corporation, the organizational structure, job classification table and job description cards and calculating all self-expenses and administrative expenses related to the corporation and its employees.
